Management and Audit Structure, etc. for Public Research Funds
For research activities that we conduct with public research funds that are allocated or provided to us, MAEDA CORPORATION has established internal rules in order to comply with the “Guidelines for Responding to Misconduct in Research” and “Guidelines for Management and Audit of Public Research Funds at Research Institutes (Practice Standards),” both of which were formulated by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology, and has pursued appropriate administration and management of public research funds, prevention of misconduct by researchers in relation to publish research funds, and fair research activities under the following responsibility system in accordance with the internal rules.

The whistleblowing system is intended to deal with the unauthorized use (personal use, unintended use) of public research funds and misconduct (e.g., fabrication or falsification of a research result) in research activities. We may solicit your cooperation for an investigation, or report an investigation result. Therefore, we kindly ask you to specify your name and contact where possible when reporting misconduct (we shall also accept anonymous whistleblowing reports).
