For research activities that we conduct with public research funds that are allocated or provided to us, MAEDA CORPORATION has established internal rules in order to comply with the “Guidelines for Responding to Misconduct in Research” and “Guidelines for Management and Audit of Public Research Funds at Research Institutes (Practice Standards),” both of which were formulated by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology, and has pursued appropriate administration and management of public research funds, prevention of misconduct by researchers in relation to publish research funds, and fair research activities under the following responsibility system in accordance with the internal rules.

Role

Supervises the administration and operation of the company’s public research fund as the chief administrative officer.

Assists the chief administrative officer as a supervisory administrative officer concerning the administration and operation of the company’s public research funds.

Conducts administration and operation of public research funds under the instructions of the supervisory administrative officer, and provides compliance education to all related employees.

We may solicit your cooperation for an investigation, or report an investigation result.
