We opened a representative office in Beijing in 1984 and participated in numerous building and civil engineering projects in China. We constructed nuclear power plants, the Suikou Dam and other structures, provided technical and safety management consulting services for the Three Georges Dam, built technology partnership and established a joint venture with Vanke Co., Ltd., and provided consulting services to Japanese-affiliated businesses. We established Maeda (Beijing) Business Consulting Co., Ltd. in 2007 and then Maeda (Shenzhen) Construction Technology Co., Ltd. in 2015. We will provide safety and quality management and technological consulting services in the section of building using our field experience and apply our technology to new projects in China.
