本日、一部報道機関において、当社職員が八代市発注工事に関し、八代市議会議員に対して不正に金銭の提供を行った疑いがある旨が報じられたことにつきまして、関係者の皆様には多大なるご心配とご迷惑をおかけしておりますこと、深くお詫び申し上げます。
当社は本件に関する事実関係の解明に向け、引き続き捜査機関による捜査に全面的に協力してまいります。捜査への影響に鑑み、現時点での詳細なコメントは差し控えさせていただきますが、今後公表すべき事項が判明次第、速やかにご報告させていただきます。

Notice Regarding Certain Media Reports
Today, certain media outlets reported that an employee of our subsidiary, MAEDA CORPORATION, is alleged to have provided money to a member of the Yatsushiro City Council in connection with a construction project commissioned by Yatsushiro City.We sincerely apologize to our shareholders, investors, and all other stakeholders for the considerable concern and inconvenience caused by these reports.
Our company and MAEDA CORPORATION will continue to cooperate fully with the investigation by the relevant authorities to ascertain the facts surrounding this matter.
In light of the potential impact on the investigation, we will refrain from making further comments at this time; however, we will promptly disclose any matters that require public announcement as they become known.
